Limited Hour Cleaning Agreement We CANNOT perform a limited cleaning without this agreement being signed. You are receiving this agreement as you have indicated that you would like your cleanings to be less than the estimate we provide. Rose & Shine Cleaning Services Ltd strives to be as detailed as possible; we are not and never will be a quick wipe down service. We understand that our estimates can sometimes be shocking at time. Our estimates are based on the size of your home and how long it has consistently taken to clean a house of the same size. We understand that not all homes are the same and some may not take as long as we estimated, and others may take longer. As a reminder, we only charge for the time spent cleaning, meaning – if we estimated that your home would take 6-man hours and it takes us 4-man hours, you only get charged for the 4-man hours. Please see the table below to see how long typical spaces takes to clean. You will notice, some areas can be quite time consuming, especially for the initial clean. These times add up quickly. Space Time To Complete Kitchen 1–2-man hours Bathroom – Full 0.50-0.90-man hours Bathroom – half (no shower) 0.25-0.50-man hour Living spaces 0.50-0.80-man hour Bedroom 0.35-0.75-man hour Interior of Refrigerator 1 – man hour Oven 1–2-man hours
