Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Notice: All bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance. This allows us to plan properly and provide you with the best service. 🕘 Working Hours: We accept bookings Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM only. This helps ensure we complete every clean thoroughly and on time before school runs. 💳 Payments: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept secure online payments via [your payment methods here, e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments]. 🔁 Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us directly to make changes. 🚫 Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 🏠 Service Areas: We currently serve homes in Coventry and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether you're in our coverage zone, feel free to contact us before booking. 🧽 What to Expect: We bring all our own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise arranged. You’ll receive a text reminder the day before your clean.
